1. About these terms
These terms describe your use of Warcraft 3 Playbook (also referred to as Warcraft III Playbook or “the app”), provided by Aleksandar Andreev (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the app, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
For an app downloaded from Apple's App Store, the software license is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom license is supplied through the App Store. These terms supplement that license for the app's reference and practice features. They do not replace the Standard EULA or override mandatory consumer rights.
2. Purpose and acceptable use
The app helps you browse units, heroes, buildings, upgrades, and counters, and practice build orders with written instructions and prerecorded coaching audio. It does not provide access to Warcraft III itself or grant a license to that game.
Use the app lawfully and consistently with the applicable software license. Do not infringe intellectual property rights, redistribute content without the necessary permission, or interfere with the app's operation. Any rights granted by applicable law or open-source component licenses remain unaffected.
3. Intellectual property and affiliation
Warcraft III, Warcraft III: Reforged, Blizzard Entertainment, and related game names, artwork, icons, and other game materials belong to Blizzard Entertainment or their respective owners. The app is an unofficial fan-made companion and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.
The app's original software and original materials belong to their respective creators, subject to applicable licenses. Access to the app does not transfer ownership of any materials or grant rights to Blizzard's intellectual property.
4. Reference information and results
Game statistics, balance, strategies, and build orders may change between Warcraft III patches. The app's content may contain errors or become outdated. Check information against the game version you are playing. Strategy guidance is informational and does not guarantee a particular match outcome or improvement.
5. Saved data and privacy
Favorites, recent activity, practice progress, and audio preferences are saved locally on your device. The app does not provide a developer-operated account or cloud sync service. Removing the app, clearing its storage, or changing devices may remove saved information; device backups may restore it.

6. App Store distribution and support
Apple's applicable terms govern App Store downloads and any purchase of the app, including available refund procedures. The current app contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Contact the developer using the details below for app support.
The app is provided by its developer. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for this third-party app, except where required by applicable law or Apple's applicable terms.
7. Updates and availability
We may update the app, correct or remove content, change supported features, or discontinue support, subject to applicable law and any existing obligations. We do not guarantee continued compatibility with every device, operating system release, or Warcraft III patch.
8. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and its reference content are provided as available, without a promise that they will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or free of errors. The warranty and liability provisions of the applicable software license also apply.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on strategy information or loss of locally saved progress. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer guarantees, remedies, or other statutory rights.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time and delete it from your device. There is no account to close. Your software license may end as described in the applicable license agreement. Deleting the app does not automatically remove backup copies maintained by your device or backup provider.
10. Changes and applicable rights
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the app or applicable requirements. Updated terms will show a new update date, and material changes will receive notice where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
Mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply in your place of residence remain in effect. If a provision is unenforceable, the other provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
